I am based in Maldon, Essex close to the town centre. There is ample free parking.
Appointments are available throughout the day from as early as 8.00am through to as late as 8.00pm for those who may wish to come after work.
I will usually be able to offer you an initial appointment within five working days.
If you feel you would like to meet with me before committing to working with me I offer a 25 minute meeting, free of charge, to answer any questions you may have. This will not be a therapy session but an opportunity to see how comfortable you feel talking to me.
I will answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process and we can discuss practical issues such as fees and timings of appointments.
You will be under no obligation to make further appointments. It is an opportunity for you to begin to explore your feelings and we will both be deciding if we can work together to help you get to the place you want to be.
